Safari and cost includes details

The term 'Cost' illustrated in the cost section includes: Accommodation, Transport and Park fees.

The published cost will apply ONLY on condition that the specified lodge/hotel is available at the time of booking.

Hotels/lodges can be upgraded at an additional cost.

 

Accommodation is as per stated itinerary and the indicated lodges/camps.

 

Transport entails: all game drives, airport pick up and drop off, driver accommodations, driver meals, Van and driver park entrance fees, Unlimited mileage drives.

 

Park fees: All park and conservation fees are included in the cost. Park fees are also payable direct if so wished, inform your consultant.

 

Payment options;

Payments can be made by either credit card or Bank transfer.

Bank details for transfer/wire will be given by the tour consultant handling your enquiry.

***Credit cards: Accepted credit cards are: JCB, Visa, Master Card and American Express. All cards will be processed at no additional cost.   YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER, YOU WILL PERSONALLY FILL IN THE FORM AND WILL BE ENCODED, NO ONE CAN SEE IT.

 

Package cost includes

  1. Meet and greet at Airport, short safari briefing, hand-over of your printed
  2. Safaris in a safari mini-van with pop-up roof for easy game viewing/photography.
  3. Services of an English speaking driver-guide and all game viewing drives.
  4. All Government taxes and levies.
  5. Domestic flights where indicated.
  6. Complimentary 500 ml mineral water per person per game drive.
  7. All airport transfers, arrivals and departures.
  8. Meals as per the itinerary.
  9. Park entry fees
  10. Guaranteed window seat in each vehicle.
  11. Two-way long range high frequency radio communication in each vehicle.
  12. Field guide to mammals of Africa and Birds of Kenya
  13. Safari accessories: First-aid kit, cool box and fire extinguisher.
  14. Emergency number, 24 hours a day.
